I had an excellent and professional encounter with Damien. A very well mannered and polite man. He came to do a job in our ensuite which was stuffed up by the builder who was renovating. Our builder did a doggy work and left the job incomplete. Damien came to remove tiles in our shower that our builder had stuffed up. I had no hope anyone will be able to this job. A had s few professionals come and have a look but none wanted to go near it due to risk it will create further damage. Damien was thorough, advised us along the way and did the job to a high level.
