Our bathroom renovation projects can take up four weeks and our larger commercial refurbishment works can take up to 3 months. Please also bear in mind to take into consideration the time it takes for quoting, planning and any potential changes that we may discuss during our consultation period for your project.
All our projects are completed with the use of new materials sourced from our trusted suppliers. Bowens, Beaumont Tiles and Polytec just to name a few. We are always happy to accommodate any specific needs to obtain materials that may not be so readily available to help maximise the look of your project.
Yes, all our larger domestic renovation and refurbishment works are covered by the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA). This includes 2 years warranty for non-structural defects and 6 years warranty for structural defects. Our commercial works are also covered by our insurance provider's CCM, and this includes a minimum of 1-year defects and a maintenance warranty period.
Yes, we are registered both in the commercial (limited to low-rise buildings) and domestic (unlimited) sectors with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA). Our licences are registered under our company name Beraun Constructions Pty Ltd - CCB-L: 71333 and CDB-U: 74265.
Our team of architects are available to draw up plans for your project and once approved, these are then passed onto our building surveyors to apply for a required building permit(s). Different projects will need different details with their plans, which will also alter the time it takes to have the plans approved and receive the building permit to commence work.
